Zvanaka wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund an unworn product in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date. This should accompanied by the original receipt or any other proof of purchase. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The original packaging must accompany the product on return. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
Zvanaka will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
- The product has not been worn, damaged or poorly stored.
- If there are any damages or unseen defects at the time of purchase.
- It is with-in the 14 day purchase period.
Zvanaka aims to provide quality gear and merchandise to our customers. Should any defect present itself, please call our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist you accordingly.
You can return a product to Zvanaka providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met. Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.
- Postage costs are non-refundable. However any exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge.
- Zvanaka does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
- We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days on receipt of your parcel.
We do not guarantee the availability of all sizes or styles on the website. Therefore if the size or styles is not available you may be offered a refund or a credit is applied to your account.
