You will need to open a Paypal account if you don’t already have one. It is an easy and secure way to pay for goods and provides a record of all payments made. Particularly useful for customer ordering from outside New Zealand. Paypal charges a small amount for their service. This is traditionally paid by the buying customer. 2) INTERNET BANKING
This is very useful for customers buying within New Zealand. It is a cheap, fast and efficient method of payment. It also provides a record of payment. If you are using this method you will need to be specific about the product you requesting. Please include the product code number for us to identify the correct garment. Cash is common method of payment when a customer choses to pick up items. Pick up times may vary from day to day so please check with our Customer Care team on pick up times.
Receipts are available on request with all methods of payments. We recommend you keep your receipt in the event you wish to change your garment.
If you make an order through the website we will receive a notification about your order. We will prepare your order and aim to ship it in 48hrs. Once the order has been finalized with the courier company we then send you a tracking number.
We only currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. When making your order you will be asked to enter the details of where you want to receive the goods. Please add all relevant details to make the parcel arrive safely to its intended address.
All orders will have tracking details traditionally paid by the customer. This ensures the goods are traceable. Prices will differ depending on the address you would have supplied upon making the order. To get a more accurate courier fee before purchase please contact our team.

ZVANAKA uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery, and in most cases will notify you when a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and ZVANAKA may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where ZVANAKA establishes that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases ZVANAKA will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product. ZVANAKA cannot provide rainchecks for products ordered online, and where permitted by law reserves the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable or normal household quantities.
If going outside New Zealand, your order may be subject to additional taxes, customs fees and import duties at time of delivery. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office.
